01. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Millionaire Circle ("TMC"), a business operating from India (referred to in these Terms as "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website, annual membership, educational materials, and private community.

By purchasing a membership or accessing TMC services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

02. ABOUT TMC

The Millionaire Circle is a self-directed growth ecosystem providing structured educational roadmaps, skill frameworks, financial awareness materials, and a private builder community environment.

03. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to purchase a TMC membership and participate in our community.

04. MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS

Annual membership grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the 11 TMC core resource pillars, educational roadmaps, and community focus channels on Whop and our private member channels for the active duration of your paid membership term.

05. MEMBERSHIP FEES ($89 / YEAR)

Standard TMC membership is currently priced at $89 / YEAR. Payments are processed securely via third-party gateway partners Whop and its applicable payment-processing partners. All fees are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.

06. RENEWALS

Membership billing terms and annual renewal policies are managed in accordance with our checkout terms and processed through Whop. Unless cancelled prior to the end of the active subscription period, annual memberships automatically renew according to the subscription terms confirmed at checkout.. Details regarding automatic renewal or manual extension options are confirmed prior to checkout.

07. CANCELLATION

Members can manage account cancellation settings and renewal preferences at any time through their Whop account dashboard or member portal options. Cancellation stops future automatic renewal charges while preserving access through the end of the current paid billing cycle. through their member portal profile options.

08. REFUNDS

Refund requests and eligibility criteria are governed strictly by our official Refund Policy and the official TMC Refund Policy (https://themillionairecircle.com/refund-policy/). Please review the refund policy documentation prior to completing your purchase.

09. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

10. COMMUNITY RULES & CONDUCT

TMC maintains a strict high-standard environment. Members agree NOT to engage in harassment, spamming, unauthorized self-promotion, illegal activity, pirating content, or posting malicious material. Violation of community standards may result in immediate suspension without refund.

11. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT & NO FINANCIAL GUARANTEE

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: All educational materials, roadmaps, blueprints, and community discussions provided within TMC are strictly for informational and educational purposes only. TMC does NOT provide individualized financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advisory services.

TMC makes NO guarantees regarding earnings, income, business success, or financial outcomes. Individual results depend entirely on personal execution, skills, effort, consistency, and independent market conditions.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, roadmaps, curriculum, graphics, logos, trademarks, and media within TMC are the exclusive intellectual property of The Millionaire Circle (TMC). Unauthorized copying, distribution, re-selling, or sharing of TMC materials is strictly prohibited.

13. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Participation in the Share TMC affiliate referral program is subject to specific affiliate terms (including prohibitions against misleading claims, spamming, self-referral abuse, unauthorized brand representation, or fraudulent traffic) governing commission structures, payout rules, attribution windows, and ethical promotional guidelines.

14. USER CONTENT & CONTRIBUTIONS

By posting progress, comments, or materials within our community, you grant TMC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your contributions within the private member platform for operational purposes.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

TMC may reference third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices of external third-party resources.

16. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, community conduct violations, or non-payment.

17. DISCLAIMERS

TMC services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TMC and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or educational content.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TMC and its officers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
